DROR ELKVITY
I have always been attracted to cinema and to examining its borders, especially when questions of performance are concerned. I am a huge film buff, and my taste varies from Bunuel to Maya Deren. I'm also totally against cultural elitism and I think there's a lot to be learned from popular culture. I wish to explore new avenues in creating art, films, and artfilms. I'm also not a fan of terminology. Creating short films is a great joy for me and it comes out of necessity of expression. I hope to be doing it in my future. I wish to create films that will make people think beyond 'the box', but not loose them in the process. I'm learning all the time.
